On 22 and 23 March “Despensa de recuerdos” held in Algodonales, in the Sierra de Cádiz, Andalusia, Spain, the first event of the Spring Gastronomy.
The program will offer visitors tastings of oils and cheeses, conferences devoted to the kitchen contrast between northern Europe and southern Spain, the recovery of the old “tapas” and organic farming.
The event also features the presentation of the book of “Despensa de recuerdos”, championships tasty tortillas, tapas and mountain breakfast typical of the Cadiz mountains.
A good excuse to go to the Sierra de Grazalema, Cádiz, Andalucia, this weekend.
